5th Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival

Join us Sunday, September 15th from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. in the RiverGate Mall Center Court to help kick off the official beginning of Hispanic Heritage Month by celebrating heritage, culture, family, community, and diversity the Hispanic way! Event Entertainment and Activities will Include: Expect great dance performances by Danza Azteca Coatlicue, La Mision ConArte and Claudia Sanchez Miller, and live music by Elena la Nena del Mariachi, Yelina Valeria “La Barbie de la Cumbia”, Angela Martinez, and M.C’s Anel Flores with Stereo Nashville Spanish Radio, Vero Salcedo with Nashville Noticias and Eliud Trevino with Radio Melodias. Fun Activities: Songs for My Little Amigos story-telling by Rachel Rodriguez and a Latina fashion show produced by Laura Yescas, as a new addition to the program. Plus, Latino Artists Mike Quinonez, Gil Veda, John Yandall teaching Art4kids, bounce house, Elena of Avalor Face Painter. Featured exhibitors include: Digital tech tools for children, Street Works, Voter Registration table, Nashville Soccer Club -bringing soccer to Music City, Direct Primary Care by Dr. Dorrego table, NAHCC’s Latinas In Action (LIA). Live TV and radio interviews on-site with special surprise guests, artists and community leaders. Don’t miss it!” FREE and everyone is welcome to this grand celebration.
