EC Workshop: Define the True North for Your Product
Nashville Entrepreneur Center
Wed, Mar 20 12:00 pm

People don't download your app because they want an app, they download it for what it will do for them. Does your app sell tickets or grow a community of fans? Every product has tangibles and intangibles. Defining the core, actual, and augmented characteristics of your product makes the difference in the end-product, as well as increases efficiency and decreases time to launch.   In this workshop, we will talk about finding the true north for your product and communicating that to your team and customers. You will walk out with a good first attempt at this product definition. (It takes a few drafts to get it right; so we won't get it done in our hour together, but you will have the tools to complete it yourself.)   Susan Culkin is an Interaction Design & User Experience Specialist. She works with clients to bring to market commercially successful products. She believes that everyone is an expert at some point. Currently, Susan is VP, UX Design Alliance Bernstein and an instructor at the Nashville Software School.
