Let’s be honest. Is there even a single day left on the calendar that isn’t some sort of national day of something? Probably not. We still celebrate anyway. Turns out, today is International Day Of Yoga- and thanks to Small World Yoga, Nashville isn’t overlooking this one.

Small World Yoga is a local non-profit that seeks to serve the Nashville area through accessible yoga classes. Made up of over 80 instructors, SWY reaches over 150 children, women and men through summer and after-school youth programs, all-ages public library sessions and recovery groups for adults.

To celebrate International Day Of Yoga, Small World Yoga is hosting a free evening of yoga, live music, local shopping, food and more to celebrate the International Day of Yoga! This event is family-friendly and suitable for all levels of yoga.

In addition to the full hour of free yoga, there promises to be an awesome line-up of local bands with Christopher Byford as the MC. The event begins at 5:30, and the 1 hour yoga practice begins at 6 PM with four Small World Yoga teachers: Janaye Williams, Annie Diomedes, David Swink and Sara Bradley!

Pre-registration is strongly recommended to save time at check-in! Register now!

**Small World Yoga will be collecting gently used or new yoga mats, and there is a suggested donation of $5 to support Small World Yoga’s local community outreach.**
