Roy Laws, a self-described “painter of music,” will present his work to the public at an Artist Reception from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, February 15, at the Williamson County Enrichment Center, 110 Everbright Ave., Franklin.

The musical influences of his childhood are his inspiration and can be seen in his artistic interpretation of vintage guitars, rock ‘n’ roll icons, and outlaw country legends.
The exhibit will feature pieces titled Paul McCartney, David Bowie 12 String Acoustic, Purple Les Paul, Harlinsdale Barn, and many more.

The reception also will feature live music from Dawn and Nash, a husband and wife duo with a unique and refreshing blend of beautiful harmonies.
